Return Policy Many of our items are unique. We may not have another one in the same size or by the same manufacturer. We will work with you to replace your purchase with another item with the same embroidered design. Returns must be made within 7 days of delivery. Refund will be given as store credit. Customer satisfaction is our main goal.
Shipping All in stock items are shipped USPS Priority Mail the next business day after payment is received. An item that may be out of stock will be shipped within the week. We do our best to ship all in stock orders within one business day* after payment is recieved. Shipping and Processing charges are intended to cover costs associated with processing orders; handling, packaging and shipping products to you together with fuel surcharges and overhead expenses.
